A whole bunch of people who don’t believe in a creator are having tremendous trouble designing a super computer to simulate a human brain. Even more bizarre still is to think that so much effort is being put into making a machine that can think, whilst at the same time, huge effort is going into turning thinking people into dumbed down machines. One of the first applications they can think of for these super computers is for intelligent surveillance of real people. These cameras are then able to make “decisions” without involving real people. Decisions to do what? Record faces, alert police, send a fine? What a perverse world we live in.
